By using Mystic Cards, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
2. Service Description
Mystic Cards provides AI-powered tarot readings for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. Our readings are not professional advice and should not replace consultation with qualified professionals for medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
4. Payments and Refunds
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime. Deck purchases are non-refundable digital goods. If you're unsatisfied within 7 days of subscribing, contact us for a refund. "Lifetime" access refers to the lifetime of the Mystic Cards service, not the lifetime of the purchaser. In the event that Mystic Cards is discontinued, all deck artwork and card meanings you have purchased will be delivered to you via email.
5. Intellectual Property
Tarot deck artwork belongs to respective artists. Your readings belong to you. Our platform and software remain our property.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mystic Cards is provided "as is." We are not liable for any decisions made based on tarot readings. Use your own judgment.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
